A costume for a proposed Tina Turner Biopic project. This is a recreation of Bob Mackie's 'flame dress' for Tina Turner. A stretch sequin dress with high leg cuts, low back and dipped neckline cut out. Feather boa 'wings' with a backpack fit to the performer.
